2016 Tiguan is crap. Bought it with 32k miles on it, and it has never been more than 6 months between check engine lights. They keep it for days at a time, talking to engineers who supposedly have no idea why it is a piece of crap. Then they replace something, you pay hundreds of dollars, and WHOOPSIE! That didn't work, let's try something else.
Before purchasing I was leasing. This review is a little late coming. We were driving through Alabama about six months ago when our Eurovan had a Check Engine Light problem. Luckily this dealership was only a few miles away so I had the van towed there. It was just before closing but Bill in service could not have been friendlier or more accommodating, he was the best.
